LEVEL 1
? SOURCING (for one type of commodity)-Based on customer requirements a 1st market analysis is done and submitted.
? Service cost to be defined in line with customer request
? Travel fees based on real expenses will be charged
棗Ull market report provided to the customer within 4 weeks.

LEVEL 2
? PURCHASING (for each supplier selected)-Based on market report and customer decision, finalization of selection process and purchasingcontract assistance will be done.
? Service cost to be defined in line with customer request
? Travel fees based on real expenses will be charged
棗Contract signed with supplier provided to the customer within 4 weeks.

LEVEL 3
? MANAGEMENT (by customer)-Management of the overall relationship with suppliers selected and contracted. One staff will be dedicated to the customer.
? Service monthly fees + x % of the purchasing amount
? Travel fees based on real expenses will be charged
棗Contract signed with customer for a minimum period of 1 year.
